Frequently asked questions

View all FAQs
How does Title Case handle small words like 'and', 'the', or 'of'?

Title Case capitalizes main words while keeping short articles, conjunctions, and prepositions lowercase—unless they appear at the very beginning or end of the title or right after a colon.

What is the difference between Sentence case and Title Case?

Sentence case only capitalizes the first letter of each sentence (just like normal paragraph writing), whereas Title Case capitalizes every major word in a headline.

Can I convert camelCase or snake_case back into normal words?

Yes. Selecting lowercase, UPPERCASE, Sentence case, or Title Case automatically separates joined words so you can turn variable names or slugs back into readable text.

Practical Example: Formatting Article Headlines and URL Slugs
