1. You Keep Full Ownership of Your Files and Content
You keep 100% copyright and ownership of every image, PDF document, data snippet, or text file you process using FetchToolKit. Because our tools run directly in your browser and your files are not uploaded to our servers, FetchToolKit never receives, stores, views, or claims any rights over your content.
2. Acceptable Use & File Size Limits
To keep our tools fast and reliable inside your browser, individual tools apply reasonable file size and batch limits (such as up to 25 MB per file and up to 10 files at a time). You agree to use FetchToolKit lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or misrepresent the website as your own service.
3. “As-Is” Service & Keeping Backups
FetchToolKit is provided free of charge on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. We always recommend keeping a backup copy of your original files on your device before replacing them with compressed, resized, split, or edited versions.
4. Limitation of Liability & Contact
