Frequently asked questions

View all FAQs
Do the QR codes created here ever expire?

No. These are static QR codes that encode your link or text directly into the pattern itself. They do not go through any redirect service and will work forever.

Should I download PNG or SVG for printing?

Use PNG for websites, slides, documents, and email signatures. Use SVG when sending artwork to a print shop for flyers, business cards, packaging, or signs because vector SVG stays razor-sharp at any size.

How do I create a QR code that connects guests to Wi-Fi automatically?

Click the Wi-Fi Format preset button and replace the sample network name (S:) and password (P:) with your own Wi-Fi details. When guests scan the code with their phone camera, it prompts them to join the network.

Practical Example: Printing a Guest Wi-Fi Sign and Menu QR Code

Sample Input
A cafe website URL and a guest Wi-Fi network string formatted for one-scan phone connection.
Result
Exported as a crisp 512x512 px PNG for digital sharing and a scalable vector SVG for sharp table-tent printing.
